About the DAAD Program
The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is the world's largest organization supporting international academic exchange. The program offers scholarships for international students, including Afghan students, to study at leading universities in Germany.
Eligibility Requirements
- Citizenship: Citizens of Afghanistan
- Academic Performance: Excellent academic performance (usually top 15% of the class)
- Degree: Bachelor's degree for Master's; Master's for PhD
- Language Proficiency: German or English (depending on the program)
- English Requirements: TOEFL 80+ or IELTS 6.0+
- Work Experience: 2+ years for some programs
- Age Limit: Up to 32 years for Master's
